In-home Support for Elderly and Disabled |
$43,505 |
3,472 days of adult day-care and meals for Alzheimer’s residents. Over 10,000 meals provided to low-income seniors through congregate and in-home meal delivery service. 285 additional seniors provided outreach nutritional education. Impact: Disabled and elderly citizens will live independently and enjoy a higher quality of life. |
