My emoji reminds me to always value myself!

Why I do this work: I do this work because there’s not a whole lot that's

more important to me than people and helping them be empowered. Since moving to Gainesville, it's been my focus. United Way of North Central Florida helps so many local people every year from our education initiatives like ReadingPals, our 2-1-1 line that helps people connect to sometimes life-saving resources and our Community Investment Fund, which does exactly it says: invest in the community by funding effective community-based agencies. UWNCFL’s reach in North Central Florida changes lives.
