United Way of North Central Florida is conducting its annual public opinion poll.  To participate, please identify which survey category you belong to from the choices below and click the corresponding link.

Upon completion of the poll, respondents will receive a complimentary coupon and will be entered for the chance to win a 3 day pass to Gainesville Health and Fitness Center or a $25 gift card for Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Fleming’s, Bonefish Grill and Cheeseburger in Paradise.
