Mission

Emerging Leaders United (ELU) is a group of community-focused, up-and-coming professionals making positive and long-lasting change in north central Florida. ELU connects members to United Way and the community through professional development, educational opportunities and volunteering/networking events.

Emerging Leaders United Membership

Individuals between the ages of 24-44, donating at least $250 per year to the United Way Community Investment Fund are automatically members! Donations can be accepted through workplace payroll deductions (for United Way of North Central Florida affiliated companies) OR a one-time donation. Included with your membership are quarterly events. 

ELU Committee Benefits

  • Decision-maker when determining current and future ELU programming

  • Recognition on ELU website and name tag during events

  • Invitation to United Way of North Central Florida events

  • Opportunity to serve as an ELU representative on the United Way of North Central Florida Board of Directors

  • Opportunity to serve as an ELU testimonial speaker at United Way of North Central Florida events

  • Opportunity to be highlighted in the ELU "Community Member Spotlight"
