Emerging Leader Spotlight - Casey Hahn

Casey Hahn, Emerging Leader

1. Tell us about your business; and what is your business philosophy?

As a trusted insurance advisor with over 10+ years in the industry and 6 years as a Farm Bureau Insurance agent, my #1 goal is providing a customer-focused  and positive experience for my clients. Making decisions about home/auto/life insurance coverage can be an intimidating process, but not if you’ve got someone there to help you through it.  That’s what I’m here for – to educate and advise my clients through the process.  As a local insurance agent, I shop at the same stores, eat at the same restaurants and drive the same roads as my clients.  I know how to help you select the proper coverage for your Auto, Home and Life insurance -- because I know the things that are really important to you.

2. Why are you passionate about your commitment to United Way’s Community Investment Fund?

As a volunteer mentor with the Education Foundation, one of United Way’s Community Impact Partners, I know first-hand how important education is in the future success of our local students and the United Way’s community investment fund strengthens our north central Florida communities through strategic investment in programs across the areas of education, health, income (stability) and immediate needs.

3. What is something interesting or surprising that most people don’t know about you?

I was the first Division 1 athlete (baseball) from my high school.

4. What would your older self tell your younger self?

Don’t take anything for granted and make the most of your time everyday.  All of our years are our “best” years.

5. What is your favorite quote?

“When you want to succeed, as bad as you want to breathe, then you’ll be successful” – Eric Thomas

6. What superpower would you ask for if you could have one?
