1. Tell us about your business; and what is your business philosophy?
PHOS Creative is a strategic digital marketing agency helping businesses identify and invest in opportunities for growth through strategic consulting, branding, web design, and digital marketing.
Our business philosophy revolves around our agency's vision: to be a company that team members never want to leave, clients can't do without, and that the world is better for.
2. Why are you passionate about your commitment to United Way’s Community Investment Fund?
In a conversation about community impact, I don't think there is a better word that someone could use to describe a successful strategic plan other than "united." I'm passionate about PHOS' partnership with United Way because that mentality is the heartbeat of the organization. I love that our investment into the Community Investment Fund supports such a wide variety of initiatives that are aligned with our values as an agency.
3. What is something interesting or surprising that most people don’t know about you?
My family tree is full of water skiers. Very few people have seen a picture of me riding behind a boat on a long ski line with a small disk on the water, a five-foot ladder on top of the disk, and me standing on top of the ladder doing turnarounds. #truth
4. What would your older self say to your younger self?
My younger self wouldn't care about what I have to say. But, if younger me would listen, I would tell myself, "you have a purpose in life, it's not you, and the sooner you find that, the sooner you can pursue it, and the more fulfilled you'll be."
