IMPACT Health 360

At IMPACT Health 360, founder Rose Gleichowski has dedicated her career to helping people live healthier, more balanced lives. Since opening in May 2010, Rose and her team have worked one-on-one with clients to create custom health improvement plans focused on four key areas: movement, nutrition, sleep health, and stress management. By combining education with intensive coaching and accountability, IMPACT Health 360 helps clients achieve lasting results—one healthy habit at a time.

Rose was inspired to join Small Business United after hearing United Way North Central Florida’s President & CEO speak about the mission of building a healthier community. “That is directly in line with our mission at IMPACT—helping one person at a time to build a stronger and healthier community,” she says.

Being part of Small Business United allows Rose to give back locally while also connecting with other business owners. “I can contribute to a local organization that is making an IMPACT in our community! I am grateful to have been invited to speak to the business owners to help them focus on their personal health,” she shares.

The name “IMPACT” reflects Rose’s vision: helping even one person improve their health can create a ripple effect that strengthens entire families and communities. That passion stems from her early experiences seeing too many people rely on prescriptions instead of lifestyle changes. “Our community needs education combined with accountability,” she explains, which is exactly what IMPACT Health 360 provides.

When she’s not working with clients, Rose enjoys spending time with her family and attending sporting events.
