1. Tell us about your business; and what is your business philosophy?
Advantage Personnel Resources is a locally owned and operated Payroll and Professional Employer Organization (PEO). We provide personalized Payroll, Workers Compensation and HR services to our clients which provides them more time to focus on running and growing their business.
2. Why are you passionate about your commitment to United Way’s Community Investment Fund?
As a locally owned business, we feel it is very important to give back to our local community. We currently provide our payroll services to some of the organizations that benefit from United Way’s Community Investment Fund and this is a way that we can give back directly to them.
3. What is something interesting or surprising that most people don’t know about you?
I was a Dean of Discipline for a middle school. If you knew me growing up, you would have never imagined me overseeing student behavior!
4. What would your older self tell your younger self?
Don’t be in such a rush to grow up, enjoy being a kid.
